Each meeting is designed around a different stage of growth and set of business priorities, so consider where your business is today and what you most want to work on next. Registration for each meeting is open to everyone, but choose the meeting that best aligns with your business and goals.

Yes! You’re welcome to attend the regional meeting that best aligns with your business and goals, regardless of where your franchise is located. Just keep in mind that some discussions and content may be specific to the region where the meeting is being held.
Can I attend a meeting online?
The regional meetings are designed to be highly interactive and collaborative, so they will be held in person only. There will not be an option to attend virtually.
There is no cost to attend the regional meetings, and we’ll provide lunch and a group dinner for all attendees on the day of the meeting. Travel and accommodation are not included.
If you’re joining us for the CMA Field Day in Toronto, please note that meals are not included for the field day.

What is the CMA field day in Toronto?
The CMA Field Day is an additional hands-on day where you’ll head into the field and learn through real-world experience, coaching, and feedback. You’ll build the skills and routines needed to onboard, train, manage, and coach CMAs effectively, identify and prioritize high-opportunity locations, and confidently navigate objections, complaints, and other common challenges.

We’ve arranged preferred guestroom rates at the hotels where each regional meeting is being held. Be sure to book by October 11, 2026 to take advantage of these rates. After October 11, 2026, availability and pricing are not guaranteed.
