The 2027 Local Growth Plan session is designed to help you develop a practical, measurable plan for growing your business in the year ahead. To make the most of our time together, there is some preparation to complete before the meeting.
We've created a Local Growth Plan workbook to guide you through reviewing your current performance, identifying growth opportunities, and establishing the foundations of your 2027 plan. Completing this work in advance of the meeting will ensure you're ready to focus on building and refining your plan during the session, rather than gathering information.
Please Note: Preparation requirements vary by regional meeting. Before getting started, please make sure you're registered for the Dallas meeting, as the prep resources and instructions on this page are specific to the Dallas session.

What You Need to Do
Before the meeting, complete the first 4 tabs of the Local Growth Plan Workbook, which cover your business fundamentals, current performance, growth targets, and local marketing strategy. The remaining tabs will be completed together during the session.
Allow approximately 45–75 minutes to complete the prep work. The walkthrough video will guide you through the workbook and explain what's required.
