Rob and his fantastic wife Lynne have been running their Tutor Doctor business in Cambridge, in the UK since 2010, the year Downton Abbey first came on TV. Like Rob, the business has continued to grow, unexpectedly, and the business is now well past 125,000 hours of tutoring.
Rob’s proudest moment as a franchisee is successfully triggering the “let’s all jump into the pool fully clothed” initiative at DBA last time around. Unlike many others, he had the sense to take his phone out of his pocket first, all of which demonstrates his instinctive leadership style, but fundamentally being someone who is just looking out for themselves in the end.
