This award celebrates those who go the extra mile to change lives and make a lasting impact in their communities.

The Customer Service Award recognizes and celebrates excellence in customer care. It is presented to the franchisee who has demonstrated excellence in customer loyalty and established themselves as a customer champion. Recipients must also have achieved a Net Promoter Score in Your Feedback Survey of 80% or higher, with a minimum of 30 survey responses between July 1, 2024 and June 30, 2025.

This award recognizes the best new player on the Tutor Doctor team. A rookie is defined as a franchisee with less than 18 months in the business, who produced at least $50,000 in revenue within their first 12 months ending June 30, 2025, and who embodies the Tutor Doctor spirit and values.
