Ximena is a Peruvian professional with a global perspective, having lived in the United States, Colombia, Sweden, and El Salvador. She holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Lima and a master’s in Latin American Studies from Purdue University in Indiana.
While raising her children, Ximena and her family embraced an international lifestyle, living in several countries during their early school years. Upon returning to Peru, she began managing Tutor Doctor Peru, where she led operations for over 11 years. Her natural empathy and strong connection with clients consistently placed her among the top performers in Latin America, achieving outstanding sales results.
Since 2020, Ximena has successfully transitioned the business to a fully virtual model, which enabled her to relocate to the Netherlands in 2023. From there, she and her husband, Diego, have continued to grow the business, surpassing previous benchmarks and expanding their impact.
