Raquel Cuaron has owned and operated Tutor Doctor El Paso for the past seven years. Born and raised in the El Paso/Juárez area, she was drawn to Tutor Doctor by her passion for people, individualized customer service, and her desire to make a positive impact in her community. While those goals have been realized, what has surprised her most is the growth she’s witnessed in her tutors—their professional development, personal confidence, and the fulfillment they gain from supporting students. For Raquel, tutors are the heart of the business, and without them, there are no success stories.
Her belief in supporting tutors led her to adopt MindPrint after hearing about its impact from fellow franchisees. She invested time in learning the platform in depth and quickly recognized its value.
