Nick Clement started franchising in 2012 as a franchise owner in the home servicing industry, achieving a President's Award each year he operated. In 2017, Nick transitioned into franchise field support, coaching and training. Over the past 8 years, Nick has worked with franchisees from multiple brands and 150+ franchisees. Nick focuses on the relationship he has with every person he works with. In his free time you will almost certainly find him outside on a hike or on the water, as he's based in Northern Ontario.
