Megan White has over 16 years of entrepreneurial experience, starting her first business at the age of 18. Alongside her business partner, Pratik Juta, she built a management consulting company dedicated to helping business owners grow and strengthen their systems and teams. Over the past decade, Megan has coached more than 500 business owners across both small and large companies.
Today, she serves as Vice President of Operations at Qualicare, Tutor Doctor’s sister brand, where she brings her expertise in leadership, systems, and growth to support franchisees and their teams. Megan is particularly passionate about helping entrepreneurs scale their businesses quickly in the start-up phase by setting clear, attainable targets and building the skills needed to achieve them.
