Clive hails from Pretoria, South Africa where he still lives today with his wife Vanessa and their two sons Joshua (20) and Daniel (18). Straight from university in 1992, Clive joined the Standard Bank of South Africa where he spent the next 15 years working in various business start up roles. In 2007, he left the bank to work for himself and in 2009 entered the franchising industry as the master licensee for the global ladies only fitness center, Curves, where he helped develop it to over 100 units. In 2017, his passion for helping youth drew him to Tutor Doctor and Vanessa and he opened the first Tutor Doctor franchise in South Africa, later acquiring the master franchise rights for the country.
