Nick Clement started franchising in 2012 as a franchise owner in the home servicing industry, achieving a president's award each year he operated. In 2017, Nick transitioned into franchise field support, coaching and training. Over the past 6 years Nick has worked with franchisees from multiple brands and over 150+ franchisees. Nick focuses on the relationship he has with every person he works with. In his free time you will almost certainly find him outside on a hike or on the water, being based in Northern Ontario.
