Jeff Day is the Owner and CEO of Tutor Doctor of Morris County and Day to Day Consulting, where he brings an entrepreneurial mindset shaped by years of experience in both education and corporate leadership. His journey from the classroom to the boardroom to business ownership reflects his ability to leverage diverse skills to drive growth and success.
Before becoming a business owner, Jeff spent more than 15 years in the pharmaceutical industry, most recently as National Sales Director. In that role, he led two large sales organizations in Orthopedics and Bariatric/Pediatric Endocrinology, managed cross-functional teams, and drove brand alignment and revenue growth. His innovative strategies during the global pandemic ensured ongoing efficiency and performance.
Earlier in his career, Jeff held leadership roles at ADP as Senior Director of Sales Learning and Director of Global Leadership Development, where his teams built and launched a global sales training program across 22 countries.
Jeff holds a Master of Arts in Education and a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech. A former Division I athlete, he brings resilience, determination, and a passion for education into every aspect of his leadership.
