Customer Service Award
This award recognizes and celebrates excellence in customer care. It is presented to the franchisee who has demonstrated excellence in customer loyalty and has shown themselves to be a customer champion. Furthermore, this award is presented to the franchise who has achieved a Net Promoter Score in Your Feedback Survey of at least 80% or higher, with a minimum of 30 survey responses between January 1, 2022- December 31, 2022.
